The TV personality DJ Mo Twister may soon be facing legal actions that filed by GMA Network and Rhian Ramos after his controversial video about his accusation to his former girlfriend Rhian Ramos and to the GMA Network has been leaked via YouTube.

In the last episode of ABS-CBN’s The Buzz and TV5’s Papparazzi, They chose not to air an authorized statement as of Mo on the suspected leaked video of him confessing the supposed abortion of his former girlfriend because of the demands of her works according to the recent reports of the latest celebrity update.

One of the host of’ ‘The Buzz’ Boy Abunda said that Mo’s authorized statement have sensitive issues so that they decided not to air as well as in Papparzzi.

Para balance po ang aming pagsasalaysay, hiningi po ng ‘The Buzz’ ang panig ni Mo. Kanina po nagpadala na si Mo at ang kampo nila ng official statement. We would like to thank Mo and his management. Pero dahil sensitibo ang nilalaman nito, as a program, ‘The Buzz’ at lahat po kami, ang pamunuan ng ‘The Buzz,’ we are self-regulating and decide not to read it,’ Boy Abunda said.

As you recall, Mo had been denied uploading the video because he already sold everything he has.

“I know I sold many of my things including computers that I had erased, apparently, someone ‘repaired’ the erased files/hard drive and uploaded some personal files of mine,” Mo tweeted.

However, GMA Network will continue to file charges against Mo for the ‘Malicious and False Imputations against the Network in his video posted on Friday afternoon on TouTube while Rhian will file for protection order against Mo for psychological and emotional violence.

The entertainment talk show ‘The Buzz’ requested for GMA Network’s official statement concerning Rhian’s allegation in the issue but did not get any answer.

On the other hand, The Buzz confirmed the statement of GMA’s Network chair and chief executive officer Felipe Gozon to Philippine Daily Inquirer on Saturday December 03, 2011.

“He is out to destroy RHian. Not to mention that it’s ungentlemanly. You shouldn’t talk about a former girlfriend that way.”

Mo was left to New York.
