Zsa Zsa Padilla Diagnosed With Kidney Cancer

The singer is reportedly scheduled to undergo surgery in the USA next week to treat her Stage 1 kidney cancer.

In the latest celebrity update, The Divine Diva Zsa Zsa Padilla didn’t say a word about the pain she was feeling when her beloved Dolphy was hospitalized but now she is facing her own problems especially now that she has been diagnosed with Stage 1 kidney cancer.

“The @ASAPOfficial family has a special message today 4 our dear @zsazsapadilla who has been diagnosed with Stage 1 kidney cancer,” Angeli Pangilinan tweeted.

Furthermore, Bianca Gonzalez, Luis Manzano, Paolo Valencia and Ruffa Gutierrez and other celebrities also asked for prayers through their Twitter accounts.

“When life situations get rough, I find myself taking deep breaths… And I am ready 2 take on new challenges. Living life. One day at a time,” Zsa Zsa tweets her thoughts with characteristic calm.

Zsa zsa told in her exclusive interview with “TV Patrol” on Sunday August 19, 2012 that when she heard the word ‘malignant’, she thinks that she has cancer and it is almost three centimeters of its growth. The doctor gave her an advised to take it out as soon as possible.

On the other hand, the 48 years old actress is already scheduled to undergo surgery in the US on August 27, 2012 and she will be back in the country first week of September.  She left the country to seeka second opinion about her medical condition.

Regardless of her condition, the singer-actress remains hopeful and promises to take better care of her health.

“Kapag nawala, sana forever maging cancer-free na ako. Pinapangako ko sa sarili ko na mas pangangalagaan ko na health ko, yung mga kinakain ko,” Zsa Zsa vowed.

In the meantime, Zsa Zsa is still trying to come to terms with the passing of long time partner Dolphy. She and Dolphy’s relatives in US commemorated the 40th day after Dolphy’s death with a Mass in Los Angeles.

“Talagang I’m still in stage of denial. Noong na-ospital siya, na –ICU siya, nawitness mong namatay siya, alam mong hindi na siya babalik. But part of me still feels I’ll see him again,” she admitted with Karen Valeza.
