The ‘gentle giant’ Jermaine Jones might be cut short his
American Idol journey according to the latest celebrity update.
What is the reason why he is leaving American Idol? Is it
really true or just a rumor?
The 25 year old Jermaine Jones from Pine Hill, N,J., is
apparently out on American Idol. He tweeted that he would no longer be on the
Fox singing contest on Tuesday night March 13, 2012.
“Awww I will no longer b on the
show,” Jones wrote on his ‘Idol’ Twitter account.
On the other hand, A Fox spokeswoman declined to comment on
the matter.
Jermaine Jones is so-called the ‘gentle giant’ and was among
the show’s viewer-selected top 13 finalists after the judges gave him a
last-minute spot in the 11th season’s top 13 male semifinalists.
He also was among the bottom three vote-getters last week
after performing Stevie Wonder’s ‘Knocks Me Off My Feet.”
