with a suspended license and alleged her smoking marijuana out of a pipe.

In the celebrity update, the former teen star Amanda Bynes was
caught her smoking marijuana out of a pipe while driving around Los Angeles and
the picture of her has already spreading out in the entire blog sites so now
she has another explaining to do after she was charged with two misdemeanor counts
of hit-and-run last week.
“Amanda Bynes has been charged with
TWO counts of hit-and-run – after allegedly smashing into some car and fleeing
the scene… twice. If convicted on both counts, she faces up to a year in jail,”
TMZ reported.
Furthermore, the troubled young star was also spotted toking
up while driving to Baja Fresh for tacos and then again in a Home Depot parking
lot.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel, who sentenced
Lindsay Lohan to 90 days in jail in 2012, ordered the 26 year old on Wednesday
not to drive without a valid driver’s license.
The former teen actress is set to appear to the court on
September 21st and then she is due for arraignment on September 27th.
The charges carry a maximum sentence of six months in jail and/or a $1,000 fine
for each count.
Meanwhile, Bynes also took in her Twitter account to enlist
the help of President Obama after her lawyer pleaded not guilty on her behalf at
the June hearing.
“I don’t drink,” she wrote in a
tweet addressed to @BarackObama. “Please fire the cop who arrested me. I also
don’t hit and run. The end.”
