It’s Regine’s turn to decide whether or not she’ll stay with
GMA, her network for 16 years.

In the latest celebrity update, Regine Velasquez has yet to
sign on the dotted line again, but all signs show she will renew her GMA-7
contract.
Regine’s sister and at the same time manager Cacai Velasquez
gave a statement that “more or less we are going towards renewing the contract,
but we just can’t say that she’s signing (with GMA). We’re still finalizing.”
In fact,You can still see Regine’s presence in GMA-7’s
Sunday noontime show “Sunday All Stars (SAS),” even if her contract with the
Kapuso network has expired.
“She was there last week because
she was invited. She was free at that time. Sunday is their family day since
Ogie Alcasid is not with GMA anymore. Since he was there to promote (his
concert), she was there, too,” Cacai explained.
On the other hand, the said developmet puts to rest rumors
that Regine is signing up with TV5 since Ogie signed his contract with the
network only recently.
Meanwhile, Ogie said he leaves career decision to his wife
Regine since he doesn’t interfere with her work.
