In previous reports, the Comedian-TV host Michael V, who is currently,
afflicted with dengue fever, needs platelet donations.
As you recall, Bitoy informed his followers on Instagram
last Wednesday August 14, 2013 that he is confined at St. Luke’s Hospital in
Quezon City. He shared that his platelets were down to “47k,’ which made him “very
week,” he needs B+ blood platelets.
Then, he asked for prayers and promised to update his fans
once his condition gets better.
Celebrity friends of Michael V turned to social media to ask
for blood donors including Ogie Alcasid, Regine Velasquez, KC Montero and Rhian
Ramos.
Ogie also posted a photo of Bitoy at the hospital. He also
asked for possible “male donor of B+ type of blood platelets.”
“Get well my dearest bro!! In Jesus
name, you will be healed and be up and about. Love you,” Ogie said.
Even Regine also pleaded for blood donors.
“Hi guys, our dear friend Bitoy is
in need of blood. If your are type B+ please go to St. Luke’s QC. Please we
need your help. Thank you.”
Meanwhile, one of the celebrities who replied to Ogie’s posts
then donate blood is the young Kapuso actor Rocco Nacino according to the
latest celebrity update.

Bitoy mismo po ang kailangan ng B+ blood type? Will drop by po later. I’m a B+,”
Rocco tweeted.
