When the big controversial of Mo Twister and Rhian Ramos made headlines through online, newspapers, radio and television, Rhian Ramos seeks temporary legal protection order against her ex-boyfriend Mo over harassment.
In December 05, 2011 (Monday), Rhian gave her emotionally statement on GMA 7 “24 Oras’ and said:
“I think more than what the people have seen, I’ve been hurt over longer period of time unnecessarily and I think undeserved. I just hope to be able to put an end to that so that hopefully I could move on.”
The 21 year old actress Rhian Ramos filed the complaint for her protection on Tuesday December 06, 2011 prior to the Muntinlupa Regional Trial court according to the latest celebrity update.
On the Rhian’s camp that the court issue a stable security order that will forbid DJ Mo as of committing any ‘psychological’ or ‘emotional violence.’ This will be based on the Republic Act 9262 of 2004 or the Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act.
The uploaded or posted video illustrated a mournful Mo Twister exposing that her former girlfriend Rhian was going to abort their baby the next day. He held responsible for the ‘tragedy’ on the burden of Rhian’s work as an actress and network star. It was taken in a hotel room in Singapore
However, GMA Network will continue filing a case against Mo in separate way.
Rhian’s Lawyer Lorna Kapunan had an interview as well in ’24 Oras’ and She said that Mo’s behavior was not normal and dysfunctional. She also added that this protection order was not about distinguishing the truth from lies but putting an end to the harassment.
In the moment, Rhian’s mother Clara Ramos claimed that Rhian is okay and functioning properly in spite of this controversy and thanked all the supporters of Rhian for giving her strength and courage.
As soon as possible, Rhian will make another as for the information revealed in Mo’s video statement according to her lawyer.
