Patrick said that he did not have to make big adjustments in his comeback since he grew up in the home network.
“Dito ako lumaki, mas kumportable ako ditto. Wala naman masyadong adjustments, everything seems to be the same nama,” he added.
He and Luis manzano, boyfriend of Patrick’s former girlfriend Jennelyn Mercado, are now belongs to the same network. Even though they are in the same network he is not bothered about it.
“Hindi naman. Luis wasn’t a factor to me at all to decide whether I should comeback,” he said.
The 30 year old Patrick Garcia clarified that he and Luis re not close friends but there are no ill feelings between them according to the latest celebrity update. He also had a one-on one interview with Luis at E-Live.
“Hindi naman talaga kami close ni Luis, Pero we’ve known each other before. We’ve been part of one show, yung ‘Kampanerang Kuba.’ Nagkatrabaho kami doon and we’ve always known each other naman. Walang ilangan, walang samaan ng loob,” he explained.
He has a non-showbiz girlfriend. He told the press that he doesn’t pry on Jennelyn’s love life, and that she is free to choose the man she likes.
“Jen is always entitled to have whoever she wants. She deserves to be happy. Whoever she wants to be with, out na ako dyan. That’s her own life,” he said.
Patrick and Jennylyn is hardly seeing each other but they usually talk over the phone regarding their son Jazz. He also said that there is no need to set any custody rules but he regardly visits his sons at Jennylyn’s home.
“Before hati-hati, pero we decided not to to do that anymore, kase stressful for the kid. Dapat isang bahay lang ang kinikilala nya at doon yun sa bahay ni Jen. I go
there to visit as much as I can,” he said.
In the meantime, Patrick is only set to do “Lumayo Ka Man Sa Akin” for now. He said that he prefers it that way so he can focus more on this new project.
“I’ve always done one project at a time. I don’t like getting ngarag or puyat. I think yung concentration ko naaapektuhan,” he said
On the other hand, Patrick is especially excited to work again with the actors he has joined on the set in previous projects but he is open to work with anyone.
