RUFFA GUTIERREZ |
The actress said her talk show ‘Paparazzi’ was disrespectful
during its birthday presentation for her.
What did the talks show to make Ruffa quit? Is it really
bad? What Ruffa and Anabelle will going to say about it?
In the latest celebrity update, Ruffa Gutierrez post a statement
in her Twitter page that her TV5 showbiz talk show ‘Paparazzi: Showbiz Exposed’
disrespecting her during its birthday presentation for her.
“Hindi ako natutuwa sa birthday
presentation ng Paparazzi para sakin. Wala kayong kwenta at wala kayong
respeto,” Ruffa posted on her Twitter account on Saturday June 23, 2012.
“The msg from Haibitat For Humanity
& Ms. Faith of Avon Philippines was heartwarming but what happened after
that was a disgrace! #Paparazzi,” as she continued.
“Hindi nyo man lang naisip na
nanonood ang mga anak ko! Yung head ng PROGRESS Gold Milk of Wyeth was at the
studio, my friends were watching. Binastos ako ng #Paparazi on my birthday. I’m
sorry but THE BUZZ would never do this to me. EVER!” She added.
The Kapatid star also said that ‘from this day on, I will no
longer be part of Paparazzi.” “I will never tolerate DISRESPECT in any form
done to me, to my children or to my beloved viewers.”
She even explained her daughters Lorin an Venice were always
watching her talk shows especially that particular day because ‘they were
excited to see my reaction on the handmade card/note they made for me.”
Ruffa co-hosts ‘Paparazzi: Showbiz Exposed” with Cristy
Fermin, Zoren Legazpi, Dolly Anne Carvajal, and Mr. Fu. She will celebrate her
birthday on June24, Sunday.
On the other hand, Ruffa was very shocked by the sensitive
questions whispered to her by her cohosts during the show’s ‘Bulong ng Palad’
segment.
In this segment, the show’s hosts whisper naughty questions
to guests. This episode is special to treat the birthday star then she was
placed on the hot seat.
She was expected to answer the questions from a common set
of choices: Aga Muhlach, Zoren Legaspi and Robin Padilla, who romantically
linked to her.
Meanwhile, Ruffa’s mother Annabelle Rama also gave a
statement to express her irritation regarding the said segment. She also
stressed like Ruffa that her grandchild are watching the show.
“May mga batang nanunuood sa inyo,
katulad ng mga apo ko! Inaabangan nila ang bday celebration ng mommy nila!” She
said.
The TV5 said it is looking carefully into this incident and
will take appropriate action.
“TV5 management is seriously
concerned about the turn of events today at “Paparazzi” and is now looking into
the incident. We promise everyone that we shall take appropriate action,” the
network said.
