Lady Gaga made public of her grand new workshop project at Barney’s department store in New York City
The American pop sensation wore a gigantic white Chanel dress with black gloves and sunglasses, and she also brings a huge pair of scissors for the ribbon cutting ceremony at her cheerful celebrations. It takes over the entire fifth floor of the iconic Barney’s store.
