Janelle Manahan is set to file another charge against siblings of the late Ram Revilla over a leaked scandalous video.

Is it really one of the siblings of Ramgen or her mother who leaked the video? Who is really behind this spreading the scandalous video of Ram and Janelle?

The girlfriend of slain actor Ramgen Revilla Janelle Manahan is planning to file another case against her late boyfriend’s siblings for allegedly spreading a private video that shows her intimate moments with Ramgen through internet according to the latest celebrity update.

Janelle’s legal counsel lawyer Luke Espiritu made a statement about the current issue in his interview on TV Patrol on Tuesday January 03, 2012. He said that Ramgen’s siblings have an access to his belongings, even as her mother Genelyn Magsaysay, however they denied of the responsibility for leaking the video.

“They have access to all of Ramgen’s personal effects, including laptop computers. They have the motive because the effect of this video is precisely in order to harass Janelle Manahan.”

In fact, the ‘Anti-Voyeurism Act of 2009’ prohibits the creation, copying, selling and publishing of photos or videos of persons performing a sexual act or any similar activity without the consent of the persons involved. This act is also a co-authored by Ramgen’s half-brother Senator Bong Revilla.

On the other hand, Genelyn also made a statement in her interview on TV Patrol on the same day that she or her children cannot do something that would harm her son.

“kung Makita man naming iyon, mas lalo naming itatabi. Di naming ilalabas iyon dahil kawawa naman ang bata. Patay na ang anak ko, nasisira pa.”

Meanwhile, the Paranaque City Police also denied spreading the video by saying that the camera in the said clip is not in their possession.

“Definitely, wala pong gagawa nito sa aming side. Whoever did this sa tingin naming are the same sick people.” Senior Superintendent Bill Beltran said.

Well, we will find out one of these days who is really the suspect that spread the scandalous video.
