series “Be Careful With My Heart” is officially out of the MMFF (Metro Manila
Filmfest).

In the latest celebrity update, A report on ABS-CBN said
Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) chair and over-all MMFF head Francis
Tolentino announced this development and told DZMM that he already got Star
Cinema’s letter of withdrawal.
In fact, the series’ director, Jeffrey Jeturian said that
their tight schedule of four to five-times-a-week tapings prevents them from
meeting the MMFF deadline for entries.
“Wala
kaming reserve episodes. Hindi kayang isingit ang movie,” he said.
On the other hand, Director Jeffrey doesn’t know yet if the
movie version of “Be Careful with My Heart” will push through after the annual
MMFF is over.
ABS-CBN’s top rating morning teleserye centers on the story
of Maya (Jodi), who wins the heart of her employer Sir Chief (Richard), a
widower with children.
As we all know, simple Maya’s Cinderella story has won the
hearts of many televiewers who dream of the good life and meeting their Prince
Charming someday.
Meanwhile, No announcement has been made as to what movie
will replace “Be Careful With My Heart” in the MMFF list of official entries.
